This introductory course includes applicable techniques for defensive use of the handgun.
The focus is on you developing skill for application in real-life circumstances should you be forced to react. The fundamentals of Awareness, Go/No-Go Mindset, Safe Gun-handling, and Marksmanship are covered in lecture and practiced on the range.

Safely handling, loading, unloading
Malfunctions and How to Clear them
Drawing and firing from a holster
Weak Side and Offhand firing
